Clara Foster Pearl Harbor Remembrance 2010
Please take a few monuments and see Ms. Clara Foster who was one of our speakers at last December’s Pearl Harbor Remembrance dinner.
She tells a story of meeting a group of young boys, in 1928, when she started school on the Monterey Peninsula. She relates how the bombing of Pearl Harbor affected them all.

US Coast Guard Station Monterey Change of Command Ceremony
The Navy League’s Monterey Peninsula Council President, Rod Collins, and Susan McLaughlin, Council Vice President, attended the Coast Guard Change of Command ceremony at US Coast Guard Station Monterey, in Monterey, on June 10, 2011. Laying of the Wreath, Memorial Day 2011
Members of the Navy League attended the annual Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Coast Guard Pier in Monterey, on Memorial Day, May 30, 2011.
Representatives from the Navy League, the Naval Order, the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Sons of the American Revolution and the Fleet Reserve Association laid wreaths at the ceremony.
