The objective and purpose of the Navy League shall be educational and to that end to acquire and spread before the citizens of the United States information as to the conditions of the naval and maritime forces and equipment of the United States,and to awaken interest and cooperation in all matter tending to aid, improve or d4velop their efficiency.
